E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial

This version of the film is titled simply "E.T.", rather than its official release title, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial.

This alternate version contains several rare and previously deleted scenes that were not included in the original theatrical release, including:

• The Nurse Scene – A deleted sequence featuring a nurse.
• Harrison Ford's Principal Scene – A rare deleted appearance by Harrison Ford as Elliott's school principal.
• Alternate Ending – A different conclusion to the film.
• The Infamous "Terrorist" Line – An alternate line of dialogue spoken during the children's Halloween trick-or-treating preparations.
• Additionally, this version retains the original guns carried by the police officers, which were famously replaced with walkie-talkies in the 2002 Special Edition.

These differences make this version a fascinating alternative to the familiar theatrical release, offering a glimpse at footage and dialogue that many viewers may never have seen.
